2. Cancellations

  • You may cancel your service subscription at any time by contacting our support team.
  • Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 7 days before your next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the upcoming cycle.

3. Non-Refundable Fees

Certain fees, including setup fees or charges related to completed transactions, may not be eligible for a refund.
